Our walk-in hours are temporarily suspended. Otherwise we have resumed normal office hours. Our offices will remain open to provide care for your child. Please call our office to speak with our staff so we can determine how best to help you and your family.
Important temporary office changes:
- Murrysville: Well Child Visits for kids under 3 years in the mornings only. Other well child and sick visits in the afternoon and some evenings.
- Norwin: Normal hours with well child and sick visits.
- Monroeville: NO WALK-IN SICK HOURS. Well child and sick visits through the day.
- We are temporarily offering some Telemedicine Visits when appropriate. Please read the Telemedicine Policy and call the office if you are interested in a Telemedicine Visit.
- Masks are required for everyone 3 years and older in our offices.
- Please limit the number of people coming to the office by having only one adult attend the visit and leaving siblings at home whenever possible.
Our number one priority is to ensure the health and safety of our patients, their families, and our staff. Please understand that this situation is unprecedented and changing at a rapid pace. Some of our policies and procedures may change in order to address the needs in our communities. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
We are committed to providing you and your family with the same personalized care you expect from us. We are following the guidance and recommendations of the CDC, American Academy of Pediatrics, and our local/state health departments. We understand that there is a huge amount of information coming at you through the media and social media. One of our key roles is to make sure we are adhering to the facts and guiding you to the correct information. If you have questions, please call us.
While we always practice universal precautions and thoroughly clean our offices and exam rooms, we are taking some extra precautions to ensure everyone’s safety as much as possible.
We understand that this time may be stressful, scary, and overwhelming for you as parents and caregivers, but especially for your children. We want you to know that we are here for you. Addressing this emotional response is as important as dealing with your physical health. If you are feeling overwhelmed, or concerned about how you will provide for your family or about any other issues at this difficult time, please reach out to us.
